Fredericks Peter LLP (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of your personal information that you provide to us, as well as information we collect from you, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Access to your personal data or exercising other rights will be free of charge, though a reasonable fee may be applied if requests are unfounded or excessive. We may refuse such requests in those circumstances. To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity before acting on requests. They process your information only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time and will provide you with a revised version when substantial changes occur.
